Find Out If You Are Eligible to Receive Care

Eligibility for Care

Who is eligible for services at Pantano?
We primarily serve children, adolescents, and young adults who are AHCCCS eligible.  We also offer several special programs you and/or your family may be eligible for.

Each program has different rules for who is eligible.  If you are interested in our services, find out if you qualify by contacting one of our eligibility specialists.  Call us at (520) 917-6485.

What is AHCCCS?
AHCCCS is the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System.  AHCCCS is Arizona's Medicaid agency and offers health care services to eligible Arizona residents.  To be eligible to receive care through AHCCCS, individuals must meet certain income and other requirements.  To receive care at Pantano, you must be AHCCCS eligible or AHCCCS enrolled.

How do I get enrolled in AHCCCS?
You can apply online for AHCCCS using Health-e-Arizona.  Health-e-Arizona will screen your application based on the information you entered and send your application to an office for a decision.  You can apply for yourself, your family, or someone close to you.

If I’m Eligible, What Benefits Do I Receive?

You receive care based on clinical needs, cultural preferences and your benefits package.
